We are currently recruiting an HSE Specialist who will work and grow within the HSE department. The HSE Specialist will report directly to the HSE Manager of our Manufacturing site in Florence, supporting the execution of our Health, Safety and Facility management roadmap.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR REPONSABILITIES?

  • Collaborate to creation of DVR (document about the company risk's valutation) and contribute to the continuous risk assessment process, including specific risk evaluations (chemical, physical, ergonomic, etc.)
  • Write procedures about HSE activities
  • Collaborate to execute employees trainings on Safety & Security at workplace
  • Manage health supervision and tranings 
  • Collaborate to manage supervision plans and improvement plans 
  • Collaborate to update HSE laws' data base
  • Collaborate to manage supervision of ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications
  • Collaborate to manage scheduled and extraordinary facility maintenance
  • Support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Monitor and report HSE performance indicators (KPI) and prepare regular reports for management
  • Participate to external HSE audits 
  • Support the management of contractors and suppliers, including safety qualification and compliance verification (elaboration of specific documentations like DUVRI)
  • Promote a positive safety culture, including awareness campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans and coordination of evacuation drills
  • Assist in the management of environmental aspects, including waste management, emissions, and environmental impact control
  • Collaborate to create environmental hazard analysis

 

 

WHO ARE YOU? 

 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience in ASPP role in other companies
  • Knowledge of Italian laws regarding safety and health in the workplace, in particular D.LGS 81/2008 and subsequent emendaments
  • Certificate of completion of the module A and B of courses for Prevention and Protection Service Officer
  • Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • English proficiency, ability to manage written and oral communication

 

Location: Bagno a Ripoli, Firenze

Fulltime 

Annual salary range: 35.000-40.000 EUR
