MAIN SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The primary purpose of the Stagiaire in Supply Chain, Italy, is to support the supply chain team on handling customers logistics questions and complaints, support corrective actions implementation, and help consolidate key performance indicators.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Support the management of products Phase In / Phase Out 

• Support demand planner in forecasts analysis

• Support team on products allocations processes, for products in back-order situation

• Answer simple customer questions on delivery status, using dedicated communication templates

• Support compilation and analysis of supply chain Key Performance Indicators

• Support new projects on improvements projects, some in interaction with our Global supply chain headquarters in France

• Generate ideas, analyze and elaborate action plan on all subjects can improve day to day pocess and activity

SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Management Engineering, ...)

• Master in Supply Chain or customer service is a plus (optional)

• Excellent knowledge of EXCEL, Power Point, WORD, Outlook

• Italian and English Language proficiency

• High rigor and precision

• Strong customer service mindset : customer-satisfaction driven

• Collaborative. Able to work well within a team

• Strong proactive communication skills (with customers, and within team)

• Action-oriented, issue-solving, and driven to deliver. Focused on delivering best possible results for the organization, and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this
