Customer Supply Manager – Benelux & Nordics (BENNOR)

Your mission
Deliver seamless customer supply execution and continuously improve service performance while balancing daily operations, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities.
About the role, and opportunity for internal applicant
Following the move of current team member, we are looking for a Customer Supply Manager to lead end-to-end order-to-cash operations across the Benelux and Nordics region.
For internal candidate willing to build international cluster experience, we offer an 18-month mission in Brussels or Gothenburg.
The mission will include contribution to organisation optimization (Commercial excellence initiative) and maintain strong momentum on continuous improvement momentum.
The customer supply manager currently manages a team of 5 customer supply professionals based in Brussels and Gothenburg.
The team plays a key role in the “own cycle” and customer satisfaction, ensuring reliable supply while navigating a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer supply operations (order management, delivery, invoicing, returns)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, acting as escalation point and resolving issues/claims
- Lead and develop the team, driving KPIs, workload balance, and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics partners)
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization while adapting to evolving priorities (locally and with EMEA/Global structure)
Your profile
- Experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service / Logistics, preferably in international environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Systems literacy, ideally in SAP/ERP and EDI environments
- Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure
- Fluent in English (Swedish/Dutch/French are a plus)
