Your Role

 

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team of four, working closely with cross-functional colleagues, especially Application Specialists and the Sales Department, to ensure successful project implementation and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will primarily support customers in Bern and across Switzerland.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Install and verify the functionality of our IVD instruments at customer sites.
  • Plan and execute regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage online connectivity and perform necessary hardware and software updates.

 

Who Are You?

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Completed training as a Medical Engineer/Technician, Electronics Engineer/Technician, Mechatronics Engineer/Technician, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical field service.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Professional communication in German and French; solid English skills for internal training and international collaboration.
  • A true team player, collaborating constructively with colleagues in Sales, Service, and Medical Affairs.

  • Enjoy working with customers in the IVD sector and being on the move.
  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working independently while valuing teamwork.
