Reporting to the VP R&D Molecular Programs, you provide high-level strategic leadership and operational oversight for Artemis panels. You are responsible for driving organizational performance, aligning initiatives with long-term goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

What are your accountabilities?

• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, promoting best practices, performance evaluation, and long-term growth to support department expansion and project excellence (around 5 project managers)
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project timelines, resource allocations, and strategies to ensure successful delivery and achievement of organizational goals

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project plans, balancing customer value, schedule, and cost, while providing regular progress reports and supporting complex decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning their needs with program objectives through effective communication and negotiation

What is your profile?

• Master’s degree in project management - MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience overall related experience incl. 3+ of specific professional team management experience
• Strong leadership, teamwork skills, and excellent verbal and written communication in a multicultural environment
• Proactivity, agility, and adaptability to change are key assets for this role
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of project managers, including developing talent, establishing performance expectations, and driving successful project delivery across complex, multi-program initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise using portfolio and resource management systems to drive visibility, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-program environment
• Demonstrated success leading new product development (NPD) or product lifecycle programs from concept through commercialization
• Proven experience in a regulated environment, ideally within IVD, medical device, or life sciences, with strong knowledge of design control, quality systems (ISO 13485), and regulatory requirements (FDA, IVDR, CE).
