1、PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and promotional plans directed by the Management in order to fulfill the needs of the customers within the assigned territory
2、MAIN ACCOUNTABILITES
1) Manage and lead the Sales Team of Hong Kong covering clinical and industry product range to ensure the team can align with overall company policy and targets;
2) Be able to identify both the needs of the customers and the changing market in order to provide the best support and service to the end users timely and accordingly;
3) Be able to identify any new business opportunities and provide professional solutions in order to acquire more business;
Be able to build up mutual trust and maintain a long term relationship with the customers;
4) Closely work with Marketing team to implement the marketing strategies and promotional plans/activities (run exhibition, product launch etc) ;
5) Responsible to Sales Administrative works (eg quotation preparation, agreement proposals, tender document preparation, order follow-up etc).
3、KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or relevant disciplines. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years selling experience in diagnostic field with proven sales track record.

3. In-depth knowledge of clinical laboratory workflow in Private and Public sector.
4. Strong network with healthcare professionals and KOLs
5. With sold people management experiences
6. Excellent Interpersonal skill and work well with different personalities and departments
7. Strong negotiator, problem-solvers, manage different task simultaneously and positive thinking with creativity mind set
