Within the MSCQ Controlling organization, you play a key role as the financial project reference and act as a coordination interface between project operational teams and Controlling.

What will be your missions?

• You are a key and active member of the project core team, enabling a deep understanding of project challenges, ensuring overall financial consistency and acting as a proactive contributor.
• You serve as the Finance point of contact for project teams, ensuring proper consideration, financial structuring and clear communication of business requirements.
• You are responsible for the financial vision and steering of the project, including:
  OPEX & CAPEX cost tracking, monthly financial reporting, and preparation of Forecasts, Budget and Strategic Plan.
• You analyze financial variances and timely challenge assumptions when required, to identify risks and opportunities (budget overruns, project delays, etc.).
• You ensure compliance with MSCQ Controlling standards and procedures, particularly regarding project setup and cost architecture.
  In close collaboration with US teams (travel required) and the La Balme site controlling team, you contribute to replicating and adapting the reference financial structure and provide decision-making support materials.
• You analyze and model IRR scenarios based on validated assumptions.
• You ensure the financial linkage with EXPLOR project data, providing the required burn rates to the project management tool and guaranteeing consistency between project and financial views.

Who are you?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of successful experience in an international environment.
• Strong experience with SAP (costing, analytics) is required.
• You are able to prepare and present financial analyses to Top Management.
• You demonstrate a strong interest in BI tools, systems and reporting solutions.
• You have proven ability to work collaboratively with local and global stakeholders.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• You combine strong analytical, synthesis and structuring skills with rigor and reliability.
