What will be your accountabilities?
The Software Technical Lead - Clarion will join the “R&D – Systems & Data Integrated Solutions” entity, composed of approximately 250 people, whose mission is to design, develop, and support bioMérieux’s software solutions. Specifically, they will bring their functional and technical expertise to a team of about 20 people in charge of the CLARION® solution, a secure analytical Cloud solution that collects and integrates data from various sources.
CLARION® provides a comprehensive view of collected laboratory and clinical data, translating this data into actionable information visualized on easy-to-use dashboards. CLARION is a dynamic and international team that fosters a collaborative, inspiring, and innovation-oriented culture.
As a Software Technical Leader, you will play a key role in the success of our projects by:
- Steering the technical vision of our software solutions.
- Collaborating closely with our software architect to design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Guiding and mentoring a team of experts and fostering their skill development.
- Ensuring technological watch.
- Developing the required technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Participating in support activities.
What is your profile ?
- Master’s degree in computer science with at least 7 years of experience in software development, including 3 years in technical leadership.
- Significant experience in Python development and mastery of object-oriented programming.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Rigor, autonomy, adaptability, and organization are essential assets.
- Understanding of biology-related fields and international or multicultural environment experience would be a plus.
