The Iberia Tenders, Pricing & Commercial Excellence Specialist based in Lisbon will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tenders, bids, offers and pricing master data for public and private customers across the Iberia cluster, supporting both existing business and new opportunities.

This role enables commercial performance by providing operational and administrative support to Sales and Account Managers, streamlining processes, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliant, efficient execution of commercial activities. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

·  Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes (public and private), including preparation, submission, award, and contract governance.

·  Coordinate pricing activities and documentation with Pricing teams and SSC; ensure accurate pricing master data in SAP.

·  Support Sales teams (Industry & Clinical) across the commercial lifecycle: offers, contracts, renewals, quotations (CPQ/SAP), orders, and follow-up.

·  Manage customer account setup and documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

·  Coordinate technical documentation, certifications, manuals, and training requests.

·  Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and QHSE standards.

 

Who are you?

·  5+ years of experience in Tender Management and Commercial Operations (e.g. quoting, sales support), ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

·  Degree in Business, Law, or equivalent professional experience.

·  Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.

·  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.

·  Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments with a continuous improvement focus.

·  Fluent in Portuguese and professional working English. Spanish is a plus.
