We are recruiting a 12-month VIE Assignment - Customer Supply Performance based in Madrid, to support the transformation of Customer Supply operations across Spain and Portugal and contribute to improving the performance of the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process.

In a dynamic international environment undergoing significant transformation, you will contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

What would be your responsibilities?

 

  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across Order-to-Delivery processes, such as automation and digitalization of some steps.
  • Leverage data and reports to improve control of our operations, performance monitoring, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, drive corrective action plans, and help reduce issues/”waste” in our processes (such as order rejection rates) while improving customer experience.
  • Support process harmonization between Spain and Portugal and contribute to transformation projects involving Customer Supply and Sales Support teams.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master's degree (or Engineer Degree) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English - Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage.
