Clinical Field Application Specialist (Aragón, Cataluña and Andorra) 

 

 

 

 

 

As Field Application Specialist based preferentially in the community of Aragón, you will provide effective and efficient technical support, customer training, troubleshooting, and consultation to internal and external customers for the implementation and maintenance of the systems marketed by bioMérieux and the reagents consumption accomplishing the minimum key performance indicators for the product ID / AST range, including AMR and Molecular Biology.

 

What will be your missions at Biomerieux?

  • Participate in income generation initiatives by promoting value-added products and services, developing and strengthening relationships with customers and the market.
  • Coordinate and provide technical ongoing support  to bioMérieux systems and reagents: pre-installation, technical installation, configurations, connections, training on customer site
  • Identify internal and external customer training needs, evaluation of proposed solutions, development of documentation and implementation plans, and successful execution based on established timelines.
  • Provide consistent follow-up of the Installed Base to ensure customer satisfaction and meet minimum key performance indicators.
  • Accomplish quality, legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.

 

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or life science field, Medical Technology, Clinical Microbiology
  • Microbiology Specialty (preferably done through MIR/FIR/BIR)
  • Good learner
  • Customer & business-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office programs
  • Ability to manage problems efficiently.
  • Teamwork and autonomy to work alone.
  • Advanced level of English

 

Role-based in Aragón/Cataluña with availability to travel throughout the Iberian peninsula and abroad for training or specific projects.
