As HSE & QA Trainee you will be integrated into the bioMérieux HSE & QA/RA Department for Spain and Portugal, based in Madrid and reporting to the Iberia QA/RA & HSE Manager. As HSE & QA Trainee you will have the opportunity to work in an organization certified in ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 with the main mission of supporting the maintenance of the SG QA & HSE and the implementation of the new strategy globally defined.
What will be your missions at bioMérieux?
- Induction process improvement and digitalization.
- HS Training Management with External Safety Supplier.
- Improve the management of Business Activities Coordination (CAE) and control the access process of field technicians in clients and external companies in our facilities.
- Formalization/Update Safety Agreements with Subcontractors and Temporary companies.
- Participate in internal and external audits of the HSE Management System (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & ISO 9001), and manage possible improvements detected.
- Support documentation management and monitoring of KPIs.
- Other actions related to the needs of the department.
Who are you?
- University graduate (Health Sciences, Engineering…).
- Master student in Integrated Systems.
- Advanced English required and valuable French.
- Proactivity.
- Project analysis.
- Microsoft Office user level: Word and Excel mainly.
