As Iberia Lab Automation Market Manager you will be accountable for prociding strategical and operational Marketing support for Iberia Lab Automation range.

 

What will be your missions at BioMérieux?

 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing director and the Iberia Clinical Marketing team to create, define and implement the Marketing Plan of the products/brands under his/her responsibility.
  • Drive the generation of new opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the sales budget of the allocated Product/Brand range through strategic Marketing management (Marketing excellence process), as well as operational Product /Brand Marketing activities (Go to Market, forecast, back-order management, Go Out of Market))
  • Adapt Corporate strategies to the local market, through impactful marketing activities: market research, market potential estimation (TAM, SAM, SOM), segmentation, positioning, targeting, business strategies, promotional activities.
  • Interpret, perform, and analyze market studies for product knowledge, customers, and competition (Market structure, Potential for growth etc.)
  • Define pricing policy and follow up profitability.
  • Implement the launch of new products/instrument/services, following the launch process. Take ownership of the product launch and when ready transfer the knowledge to the sales force
  • Be the voice of the local customer to global marketing.
  • Develop promotional materials linked to product and channels to help the sales teams to meet the agreed sales targets and analyze sales result.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with KOL’s, identifying and proposing new business opportunities.
  • Regularly conduct joint visits with the local sales teams in the different countries to better know the market and customers unmet needs.
  • Manage external communication and contacts with opinion leaders and scientific associations. Manage and monitor the follow up of survey, workshops, symposiums.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Bachelor of health sciences or engineering. A Postgraduate in Marketing Management or in other business programs will be desirably.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese´s IVD market, desirably within Microbiology
  • Previous experience in marketing in healthcare industry is desired.
  • Sales, or Market access experience will be a plus.
  • Able to discus with KOL as peers, able to organize local meetings, develop local study evaluation protocols with the Iberia Medical Department, able to work in an international environment.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity, and ability to build interdisciplinary consensus. Enthusiast & highly committed to succeed, organization & planning skills.
  • Confident, adaptable, self-motivated, analytical, and able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent communication, software, and presentation skills.
  • Good CRM command, and MS Office
  • High level of English, fluent in Spanish, Portuguese will a plus.
  • Around 50% travelling throughout Iberia, plus other destinations will be requested.
