Reporting to Iberia Customer Service Manager and in close relation with Iberia Lab Consultant, as an Internship for Lab Consultancy department in Iberia cluster you will participate in the execution and delivery of bioMérieux Clinical solutions implementation objectives in adherence with the company methodology, through collaboration in management of all project dimensions: Scope, Time, Team, Quality & Performance to meet customer´s full satisfaction.
What will be your mission?
- Gain an understanding of the specific laboratory´s workflow, analyses and recommend improvement opportunities in our customers lab workflow based on Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
- Contribute to manage the most suitable setup/configuration for the proposed solution in terms of technology, process, & resources through different stakeholders input collection.
- Support project implementation objectives, and key success factors defined during the project definition phase: the project scope, deadlines and roles. Help to define the project plan including critical milestones from launch to closing to ensure the customer´s full satisfaction.
- Implement the project activities in adherence with company objectives. Define, monitor and report on project steps. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project implementation.
- Approach within the team to customer’s needs and fit with the proposed solution, define precisely the scope of the project, the deliverables, the timing, the associated costs and resources requirements and produce all associated documentation.
- Participate in change management modules in response to business needs.
Who are you?
- Student degree in industrial engineering or any other related topic.
- Project management oriented
- Lean / Six Sigma methodology knowledge will be required
- Strong team player skills, able to interact with multidisciplinary teams and work in a matrix environment.
- Customer Service acumen, ability to solve complex problems and strong internal / external customer orientation.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of English level, Spanish will be required
