Part of the Clinical Operations Finance team, your apprenticeship will be in support to the Clinical Operations controllers.The primary purpose and overall objective of the job is to contribute to the consolidated performance monitoring of Clinical Operations in the Geographies (Budget and Actual), support Global Clinical Service, Global Clinical Marketing, Global Health Data Insights and Global Commercial Operations Excellence  projects with relevant analysis and KPIs.

Position details:

• Within the framework of the Corporate guidelines, target settings and deadlines, contribute to the establishment, the validation and the approval of the budget and the strategic plan
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the monthly / quarterly performance review of the Clinical Operations (Sales, Consolidated Product Margin, ASP, Full OPEX and CEBIT)
• Contribute to any ad hoc analysis allowing to better understand the performance of the Clinical Operations
• Contribute to the controlling of OPEX and the support to the EVP ClinOps, Global Clinical Marketing, Global Commercial Operations Excellence, Global Health Data Insights and Global Customer Service. 

Who are you? 

• Knowledge and skills
  • Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting. A first experience in controlling would be a plus
  • Proficient in Office Suite automation, Tableau and database
  • Reading, writing and speaking English with ease.
• Talents and qualities: Autonomous, rigorous, able to take initiatives; Communication skills & cross cultural flexibility; Team player.
