Alternance BAC +4/5 - Junior Global Purchasing Controller - F/H/NB

What is your mission at bioMérieux?

Attached to the Corporate Controlling Department, your work-study program will take place within the Global Purchasing department as a junior purchasing controller. In this capacity, your missions will consist in :

• Manage the closing of purchase price variations for France in SAP
  • Perform monthly closing tasks in SAP related to PPV (purchase price variation) in France
  • Provide an analysis of the main variances compared to standard costs and liaise with buyers and category managers if necessary

• Contribute to the maintenance and quality of purchase prices
  • Maintain or support the maintenance of purchase prices during the year in SAP
  • Control the reliability of purchase costs

• Contribute to the daily activities of the Purchasing department
  • Help maintain financial reporting tools for the Purchasing Department
  • Support members of the Purchasing Department in their spends analyses

• Support the senior Global Purchasing management controller in his activities, depending on the period:
  • budget preparation,
  • preparation of the Purchasing Committee and business reviews,
  • process documentation,
  • ad hoc analysis on purchase prices,
  • analysis for category managers, etc.

For this work-study program, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to our environment so that they can carry out actions autonomously and to whom we can entrust certain responsibilities. 

Who are you?

• You are preparing for a BAC +4/5 level in a business school or IAE with experience in management control,

• You have a level of English that allows you to be comfortable speaking and writing,
• You are organized and rigorous.
• You are curious, proactive and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, mastery of SAP is an asset.
• If you have an affinity for tools, improving reporting, and if you like to make numbers speak, it's a plus.

The internship is based at the Marcy l'Etoile site, accessible by public transport from Lyon.

The monthly remuneration for a work-study student includes the basic salary + a 13-month seniority bonus. This remuneration is based on the minimum of the collective agreement applicable to bioMérieux: it depends on the student's level of training and age.

The remuneration package also includes a profit-sharing scheme with company matching contribution, and the possibility of investing in a Collective Retirement Savings Plan (PERCO) and a Company Savings Plan (PEE). Subscription to our health insurance scheme is compulsory, and bioMérieux covers 60% of the cost.
