Our Global Customer Service department is looking for a Customer Service Quality Specialist - All genders, for a 12 month fixed term contract within the Global Field Actions department. You will report to the Team Manager within a team of 10 employees.  

 

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

 

  • Communicate field actions to subsidiaries/distributors via email/CRM (sales force)
  • Monitor the implementation of field actions (FA) by being in direct contact with subsidiaries / distributors and by measuring the implementation rate through performance indicators (subsidiaries and distributors)
  • Consolidate feedback from subsidiaries and distributors
  • Accompany the local field actors on the documentary aspects and the processes
  • Carry out the traceability of our products using the tools available or by contacting the appropriate departments
  • Analyze traceability reconciliation data and participate in the implementation of corrective actions
  • Participate in the deployment of the new process of field actions (CRM/SALES FORCE tool) by accompanying the subsidiaries in the change

 

 

Who are you?

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of higher education in management/business administration with 1 year of  experience in project management or sales administration
  • An experience in an international environment would be appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Sales Force and SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You know how to manage priorities in an autonomous way
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and you are able to make proposals
  • Ability to analyze and summarize a large amount of data
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
