We are looking for a EMEA strategic accounts commercial support & tender office manager to join our EMEA Clinical Operations team!


This position reports to the Senior Director Strategic Accounts EMEA and will be based in France.

 

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?

 You will be responsible for supporting the strategic accounts directors in processes, tools, budget and commercial offers by collaborating with each Strategic Accounts Director and a business analyst.

  • Develop and monitor the strategic plan, budget, and overall performance of the organization.
  • Monitor profitability and financial performance.
  • Manage EMEA pricing policies for our strategic accounts
  • Conduct internal business reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle of strategic accounts (tenders process, implementation, performance monitoring)
  • Build competitive offers and value propositions during tenders and contract renewals.
  • Define alternative scenarios and assess their impacts on business outcomes.
  • Provide customer-facing support during negotiations and customer business reviews.
  • Develop Key Account satisfaction management
  • Develop solutions and innovative ideas to co-create value in business relationships (Leverage Corporate Social Responsibility /Environmental, social & Governance ….)
  • Ensure coordination, alignment and governance processes with key stakeholders with the whole organization (EMEA region & Cluster Support functions as Finance, Customer service, SC , Marketing, legal, Global CSR , GCOE…)
  • Demonstrate an understanding of each Accounts’ scope in term of projects and timeframes. (10 clinical operation accounts)
  • Drive process simplification (Budget process, pricing)

 

 

Who are you ?

  • Master’s degree or higher in Business Management 
  • Experience 5- 10 years in Finance, business analyst, operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building trust advisor status and relationships at multiple levels in the organisation
  • Engaged team player, self-starter and hands-on.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, performance management, and business analysis, data management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data / environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, tools and evolution trends to get the most of it  ( Excel, Tableau, Sales force, …).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent (Fluent) English communication capabilities; fluency in German, French or Spanish would be a real asset.
