We are looking to hire a Distribution Capabilities L&D Specialist to join Middle East Turkey Russia (METER) Commercial & Distribution Excellence Team, which operates within the Clinical Operations division. This role will report directly to the METER Commercial & Distribution Excellence Lead.
The position is offered as unfixed-term contract and is based either in Marcy-l'Étoile, France or in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What will be your responsibilities?
Assess and Monitor Distributor Capabilities
- Maintain visibility on distributor employees’ profiles and current capabilities.
- Conduct regular knowledge checks and assessments; manage partner benchmarking and progress dashboards.
- Provide quarterly or bi-annual reports on distributor capability progression with clear ROI tracking.
Identify Gaps and Build Development Plans
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Medical Affairs to identify capability gaps within distributor teams.
- Coordinate a 360° training value proposition for external partners.
- Ensure the right training pathways are in place for each functional area and adapt them to distributor maturity levels.
- Coordinate internal trainers (Sales Capabilities Referent, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure cohesive delivery.
Coordinate Training & Digital Enablement
- Support the organization of broader distributor training events.
- Deploy and manage digital training tools (e.g., Learning Portal, Showpad) to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Learning & Development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Distributor Capability Development or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong expertise in L&D, including capability frameworks and training program design.
- Excellent analytical skills for ROI tracking and stakeholder coordination.
- Professional proficiency in English
