We are looking to hire a Sales & Distribution Operation Excellence Professional to join Middle East Turkey Russia (METER) Commercial & Distribution Excellence Team, which operates within the Clinical Operations division. This role will report directly to the METER Commercial & Distribution Excellence Lead.

The position is offered as unfixed-term contract and is based in Marcy-l'Étoile, France.

 

 

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Facilitate CRM Adoption

  • Serve as the primary CRM Key User for the cluster, ensuring optimal system utilization.
  • Support commercial teams in leveraging CRM functionalities to enhance sales effectiveness across buy & own cycle.
  • Communicate and implement new CRM features and updates, providing continuous education and training.

 

Drive Pricing Strategy & Tender Management

  • Act as the Cluster Champion for CPQ process deployment.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies with local sales teams to achieve targeted market positioning.
  • Consolidate and manage tender opportunities across the cluster and deploy innovative tools to improve tender efficiency as well as success rates.

 

Support Cross-Functional Commercial Initiatives

  • Collaborate with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), marketing teams, and distributors to build and execute local Sales & Marketing brand plans.
  • Champion the internal Contract Lifecycle Management tool ensuring strong adoption from local teams.
  • Oversee Distributor Portfolio Optimization process
  • Act as a liaison between commercial teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in English
