We are looking to hire two Payer Value Demonstration Specialists to join the Global Market Access team, which consists of nine members and operates within the Clinical Operations division. These roles will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Market Access.
The positions are offered as unfixed-term contracts and are based in Marcy-l'Étoile, France, with potential flexibility for other locations in France, Spain, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, or Germany. Domestic and international travels up to 25% of working time.
What will be your responsibilities?
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, evidence-based value narratives that support global coverage submissions and reimbursement efforts for bioMérieux products.
You will play a key role in developing Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), executive summaries, and payer engagement presentations, while also educating and supporting local market access teams worldwide.
Evidence-Based Payer Value Proposition
- Design and refine payer value propositions tailored to specific populations and coverage needs, together with Global Market Access Strategy and Payer Policy Evidence Assessment teams.
 - Review curated evidence, literature, and evidence generation plans.
 
Redaction of Payer Engagement Materials
- Draft Global Value Dossiers and executive summaries.
 - Create persuasive payer presentations.
 - Coordinate internal reviews and approvals before material finalization
 - Ensure alignment with overall market access strategy.
 
Communication & Education
- Educate and socialize material to local market access experts to help inform local reimbursement submissions
 - Collect feedback and develop objection-handling tools to strengthen payer narratives.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support of local team into reimbursement submissions
 - Engage with global market access and Medical Affairs team
 - Be creative and engaged on how innovative tools and approaches can best support reimbursement and bundled payments globally
 
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of emerging methodologies, tools, and regulatory trends.
 - Champion innovative approaches to payer value demonstration that enhance the global reimbursement landscape.
 
Who are you?
- Education: Master in Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or equivalent fields
 - Publication expertise: Medical writing or scientific communication
 - Experience: Diagnostic or medical device industry experience preferred
 - Skills and abilities: 
- To process highly complex problems without clear definition and proposes path forward.
 - To operate in a flexible and changing environment and adapt role and scope to the business imperatives
 
 - Language: Master of the written English language is required.
