We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). This role will be responsible for translating recruitment needs into winning talent acquisition strategies and driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage and recruit the best talent to bioMérieux.

 

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

 

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, selection of applicants and managing offer process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBP to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Position as trusted Advisor to leaders, hiring Manager and HRBP with regards to Talent Acquisition topics, offer advice, solutions and market feedback as appropriate.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates

 

Who are you?

 

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience. Proven direct sourcing experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Master’s degree 
  • Fluent English and French language skills are required
  • Proven success in recruiting professional roles. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
  • Solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent networker and relationship builder. Excellent communication skills
  • High level of personal organization, attention to detail and multitasking required.
