CDD 10 month - Technician R&D Immunoassay

We are looking for an R&D Immunoassay Technician who will report to the Verification department within the Immunoassay R&D division at the Marcy-l’Étoile site.

You will work within a team of 13 people, in close collaboration with project and development teams.
Your main role will be to ensure the implementation of verification studies (analytical performance) as part of development projects.

Analytical performance studies represent the first steps in documenting the performance of our reagents for product registration.

What will be your missions ?

• Establish and write biological study protocols within development programs and projects or in support of the immunoassay product lines, in compliance with internationally recognized guidelines.

• Plan, conduct and/or coordinate biological experiments on one or several topics, providing your expertise. Adapt protocols based on experimental outcomes and occasionally propose technical directions.

• Write performance study reports (the reporting language is generally English).

• Provide technical support for outsourced studies with external partners, including study execution, results monitoring, and preparation of experimental reports.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and the application of safety guidelines.

Who are you?

• You hold a 2–3 year degree (Associate/Bachelor level) in biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology, and have at least three years of professional experience in R&D or industrialization.

• Knowledge of bioMérieux products and the VIDAS range is a plus.

• Written English proficiency is required.

• You are trained in the use of VIDAS systems, associated analysis tools, and information systems used for building and analyzing product data.

• You are proficient with office software tools and information systems.
