We are looking for a Global Sales Incentive Plan Project Manager for the Campus de l’Étoile site on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The position reports directly to the VP Customer Management 360 within the Global Commercial Operations Excellence team.

 

Your main role will be to develop and implement the guidelines for the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) aligned with our company objectives.

 

You will also lead the automation of the Sales Incentive Plan to enhance sales behavior and motivation. In addition, you will oversee the Customer Value Management (CVM) process to classify customers and assess sales potential, ensuring that sales resources are effectively prioritized.

 

What will be your mission?

 

  • Design and implement the annual Sales Incentive Plan in alignment with bioMérieux’s strategies and objectives.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional departments to gather feedback on the effectiveness of the Sales Incentive Plan.

  • Lead the Sales Incentive Plan automation project to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency.

  • Oversee the CVM process to classify customers based on potential sales value and customer engagement, while ensuring alignment with global sales strategies.

  • Communicate changes to the Sales Incentive Plan and CVM processes to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Sales Incentive Plan and the CVM process, providing regular reports and insights.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master’s degree in Sales Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Incentive Plan management, sales operations, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in developing and automating incentive programs and processes.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills in an international and multicultural environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel for specific meetings or business needs.
