What are your main accountabilities?
As CRM360 Sales Solution Project Leader, you will define and execute the global Salesforce vision, driving commercial transformation and improving sales effectiveness and customer engagement. You will own the roadmap, ensure alignment with company objectives, and lead adoption globally.
Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously enhance CRM360 Sales solutions that empower commercial teams worldwide. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will lead a cross-functional program integrating processes, technology, and people to enable data-driven decisions and commercial excellence.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Lead global CRM360 Sales strategy and roadmap aligned with commercial priorities
- Establish governance for enhancements, integrations, releases, and data quality
- Define success metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement using functional expertise and user insights
Enhancements & Execution
- Gather and document business requirements aligned with global priorities
- Deliver new features and integrations ensuring scalability and high-performance
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and global deployment readiness
- Coordinate release management and ensure efficient rollouts across regions
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Collaborate with global/regional commercial teams, IT, and project managers to deliver CRM360 releases aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Drive change management to maximize adoption of Sales functionalities
- Develop and deliver training programs and user guides; communicate updates effectively
- Monitor adoption and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
What is your profile?
- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years in commercial operations, business management, or consultancy in an international context, ideally with experience in account management-driven organizations
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales, including advanced configuration, customization, automation, and integrations, with a track record of leading global Salesforce projects and driving adoption; certifications preferred
- Proven experience leading Salesforce-based projects and driving adoption across global organizations
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders across multicultural environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally for key meetings and workshops.
