The GCS (Global Customer Services) is looking for a Cybersecurity Expert to lead security initiatives, manage crises, and represent customer services in all cybersecurity-related discussions, on Marcy l'étoile or La Balme's site.
What will be your missions ?
- Act as the cybersecurity reference for GCS, working with Global, Regional, and Local service teams,
- Collaborate with IS, R&D, Marketing, and ClinOps teams to strengthen cybersecurity practices,
- Manage vulnerability disclosures and ensure effective communication,
- Represent GCS interests in cybersecurity decisions,
- Coordinate crisis management with internal and external stakeholders,
- Oversee cybersecurity communications (CSNs) to field agents and customers,
- Provide regular reporting to Integrated Solutions and GCS franchise leaders,
- Provide support on Integrated Solutions franchise applications.
Who are you ?
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, biology, cybersecurity, or a related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity (systems, networks, information security, incident management,
- Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, etc.),
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment – fluency in English is essential,
- Ability to manage crisis situations effectively;
- A strong plus : experience in application support and good knowledge of biology to better understand business and product challenges.
