- Lead the strategic design, development, and governance of our digital knowledge & learning platforms,
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and priorities,
- Collaborate across teams to ensure platforms align with customer service workflows and objectives,
- Champion platform improvements, adoption, and operational excellence,
- Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance using SQL and PHP,
- Support to end user.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Information Systems, or a related field,
- 5+ years of experience in leading functional projects, defining business requirements, and managing digital platforms or LMS,
- Proven ability to drive initiatives, translate complex business challenges into clear functional specifications,
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management and stakeholder engagement skills,
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to embark (engager/onboard) diverse stakeholders,
- SQL & PHP for platform maintenance and support,
- Knowledge Management : understanding of knowledge management systems and AI-based content tools would be an advantage.
