As Director of People Partners France, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 11 People Partners. You will play a strategic role in supporting the People Partners, who in turn will support managers and employees in implementing HR policies, developing talent, managing performance, and engaging employees.
This new role, reporting to the Director of Human Resources France, is key to ensuring consistency in HR practices and contributing to the overall performance of the organization.
Main responsibilities
- Team management: Supervise, develop, and unite a team of 11 People Partners, promoting collaboration and operational excellence.
- Deployment of HR policies: Ensure the application of global and France-specific HR processes (recruitment, mobility, performance, compensation, diversity & inclusion).
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations: Ensure the application of the labor code, collective bargaining agreement, and company agreements in place by collaborating effectively with the France Labor Relations department.
- Change management: Support the People Partners France team in the transformation projects they are involved in.
- Monitoring of HR indicators: Analyze key data (turnover, engagement, mobility) and propose appropriate action plans.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other members of the France HR team, Global HR: COEs, France Operations department, Strategic HRBP to ensure alignment of practices.
Required profile
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in generalist HR roles, including significant experience in team management.
