This includes comprehensive onboarding for newcomers.
  • Program Implementation: Lead the regional implementation of medical education activities targeting HCPs, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact.
  • Impact Measurement: Develop and deploy robust tools and metrics (e.g., dashboards, qualitative/quantitative assessments) to measure the effectiveness and impact of medical education and training activities.

Medical Communication Strategy & Dissemination:

  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive medical communication plans for key scientific data, product value propositions, and Medical Affairs initiatives across the EMEA region, targeting both internal and external audiences.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation and adaptation of diverse medical communication materials, including scientific presentations, summaries, FAQs, digital content, and publications, ensuring scientific accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Channel Management: Identify and leverage appropriate communication channels (e.g., digital platforms, scientific meetings, internal portals) for effective dissemination of medical information.
  • Value Articulation: Proactively communicate the value and impact of Medical Affairs activities, both internally across the organization and externally to relevant stakeholders.
  • KOL & Society Engagement (Communication Focus): Contribute to the strategic engagement of scientific and medical societies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and experts, focusing on the effective communication of scientific and medical data through various forums.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with Global medical Education and Communication, Marketing Communication, and other relevant functions to ensure consistent messaging and synergistic efforts.
  • Coordinate the presence and scientific communication strategy of the company at regional and national scientific meetings, in partnership with Marketing.
  • Ensure all medical education and communication activities adhere strictly to company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations. Define priorities, establish and respect budget.
  • Work seamlessly with the EMEA Evidence Generation Lead and EMEA Strategy & Functional Excellence Lead to ensure integrated medical affairs planning and execution.
