We are looking for a GCS - Field Action Manager within the GCS- Process & Analytics departement who you will lead the Field Action execution team ensuring proper and effective communication on Field action to regional & local customer service that required action at customer level or at local customer service.
You will be responsible for planning and organizing daily activities, supervising and mentoring team members, and tracking the progress of ongoing projects. Effective communication and collaboration with different departments and stakeholders are key to your role. You will assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to foster continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will manage resources efficiently and benchmark and propose innovative solutions that enhance process effectiveness and team performance with the FA implementation Business process owner and Pre and Post market quality team .
What will be your missions ?
- Manage FA Implementation Team, supervise and mentor team members,
- Motivate and support team members to maintain high performance levels,
- Plan daily activities and schedules for the service process team,
- Organize meetings and check-ins to ensure objectives are being met,
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess team members’ performance and Provide constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement,
- Skill Development: Identify training and development needs,
- Manage difficult situation and act as an escalation point to ensure proper resolution,
- Act as a point of contact for Fields action within CRM and Ensure Field action monitoring at global level,
- Analyze reconciliation data and set up corrective actions with local and regional customer service,
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to achieve common goals,
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team and Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Who are you ?
- Master degree (Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineer..),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team’s Management in Industry experience, in subsidiary on Field actions, customer service, or Supply Chain, is a plus,
- Ability to communicate and work in multicultural environment,
- Fluency in French and English with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a problem-solving mindset,
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
