The Learning Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of learning programs. This role ensures that learning sessions are effectively planned, scheduled, and managed, supporting global and regional teams with logistics and administration. The manager will lead a team of Learning Facilitators and collaborate with other L&D functions to ensure a seamless learning experience for all learners.
What will be your mission at bioMérieux ?
- Lead and manage the team of Learning Facilitators to ensure the smooth execution of learning sessions.
- Develop and maintain a structured learning calendar to optimize learning delivery.
- Oversee learning logistics, including venue management, resource allocation, and technology setup.
- Ensure proper coordination of trainee registration, tracking, and attendance management.
- Manage learning platforms and ensure the smooth administration of learning systems.
- Monitor and analyze learning completion rates, learner engagement, and feedback to improve learning operations.
- Work closely with L&D Business Partners, Digital Learning, GiCS and Technical Learning teams to align logistics with learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Learning governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze learning logistics efficiency using KPIs, optimizing scheduling and budget allocation to maximize learning impact.
- Define and monitor KPIs including ‘time to learn’ to identify delays and drive continuous improvement in learning responsiveness.
- Lead CAPEX OPEX.
Who are you ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Certifications in Learning Coordination, Learning Management Systems, or Program Administration (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning coordination, learning operations, or program management.
- Strong team leadership and organizational skills to manage learning logistics and team operations.
- Experience with our LMS platform (cornerstone) and digital learning administration.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to track learning metrics and optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Expertise in managing learning budgets, resource allocation, and venue coordination.
