Our Global Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Director of Global Marketing, Molecular Point of Care (POC) to lead the global marketing strategy, on‑market performance, product launches and commercial execution for our molecular POC portfolio. This senior leader oversees a global team of Market Managers located in France and the United States and plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of our POC business worldwide.

Strategic Planning & Market Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of global on‑market strategy for the Molecular POC portfolio
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions and prioritize market opportunities
- Drive demand realization, lead global marketing planning, and align initiatives with franchise and corporate objectives
Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Market Managers
- Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and high performance
- Ensure strong connection and alignment across team members despite geographical distribution
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Serve as the global marketing lead for all on‑market lifecycle activities from launch preparation to discontinuation
- Partner with Product Management to ensure alignment between technical priorities and market needs
- Provide leadership on packaging/manufacturing changes and drive optimization of on‑market performance
Voice of Customer & Market Insights:
- Oversee global VOC integration to monitor evolving customer needs and guide product and market strategies
- Synthesize global trends, competitive intelligence, and clinical insights to inform decision‑making
- Collaborate with Market Research and Medical Affairs to validate insights and improve commercial execution
Launch Planning & Go‑to‑Market Excellence:
- Oversee development of global launch strategies, value propositions, messaging, and toolkits
- Ensure global‑to‑regional alignment on positioning, pricing, segmentation, and promotional approaches
- Oversee execution of the global go‑to‑market process and ensure launch readiness across all regions
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Lead alignment across Supply Chain, MarCom, GCOE, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Integrated Solutions, Microbiology, and GCS
- Drive coordinated global/regional execution of on‑market strategies
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Oversee global business performance tracking including sales, adoption, market share, and KPIs
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommend corrective actions, and adapt strategies to maximize growth
- Guide the team in deep performance analysis and development of data‑driven recommendations
Who are you ?
- Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences, with at least 5+ years in local/global marketing roles
- Previous people‑leadership experience, including managing and developing international teams
- Demonstrated success in on‑market strategy, lifecycle management, and global product launches
- Strong expertise in point‑of‑care diagnostics and/or molecular technologies
- Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and executive presentation skills
- Fluent in English
