We are continuing to build and mature our global Talent Management practices to better support performance, internal talent visibility, and leadership pipelines across all regions.

To support this evolution, we are looking for a Talent Solutions Lead who can turn strategy into practical solutions, ensure consistent application across regions, and continuously improve how our talent processes work in reality.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, improving how things actually work on the ground, and enabling HR and leaders to make better talent decisions, this role is for you.

 

What will be your mission?

  • Lead and evolve global Talent Management solutions across performance management, talent identification, and succession planning.
  • Ensure consistency and usability of talent practices by balancing global frameworks with local needs.
  • Translate HR strategy into operational frameworks, tools, and guidelines to support effective implementation.
  • Drive deployment and adoption of talent processes by enabling HRBPs and managers with clear guidance and practical resources.
  • Continuously improve talent practices through feedback, data insights, and targeted enhancements.
  • Strengthen talent and succession management to improve decision quality, follow-up actions, and visibility of talent pipelines.
  • Enhance performance management effectiveness by supporting goal setting, feedback, and evaluation practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and stakeholders to ensure system alignment, data quality, and monitoring of adoption across regions.

Who are you?

Must-haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Proven Experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or HR COE roles
  • Strong expertise in performance management, talent reviews, or succession planning
  • Experience designing or improving HR processes, tools, or frameworks in global/matrix environment
  • Ability to translate concepts into clear, practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to improve practices
  • Fluency in English 

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Exposure to HR transformation or process harmonization initiatives
  • Familiarity with evolving talent practices (skills-based approaches, mobility, modern performance)
  • Experience supporting capability building or training initiatives
  • French language mastery is a +
