Join us to build the core foundations of a global skills-based organization.

We’ve just implemented a new global Job Architecture — a major milestone in our transformation — and we’re now entering an exciting next chapter: stabilizing and governing the Job Architecture globally and designing the enterprise Skills Framework and taxonomy that will shape every talent process of the future.

To accelerate this journey, we are looking for a Global Job Architecture & Skills Framework Specialist — a systems thinker, a framework builder, and a connector who can turn complex people data and talent processes into clear, structured models that scale worldwide.

If you love designing frameworks, bringing structure to ambiguity, and shaping the foundations for a global skills-based ecosystem, this is the role for you.

what will be your mission?

As a core member of the Global Talent Management COE, you will be at the center of how our organization defines work, capabilities, and career pathways.

You will:

Stabilize & govern our newly implemented Job Architecture

  • Ensure global adoption, governance, and data integrity
  • Maintain job families, levels, and role standards
  • Lead change control and lifecycle management

Design & implement our global Skills Framework and taxonomy

  • Build a scalable, enterprise-wide skills taxonomy aligned with the Job Architecture
  • Define standards for mapping skills to jobs and capabilities
  • Enable key talent processes: Learning & Development, internal mobility, performance, and succession

Embed frameworks into our HRIS & talent systems

  • Partner with Global HR Technology to integrate job and skills structures
  • Establish data standards, validation rules, and system governance

Enable early capability insights

  • Build workforce datasets and dashboards
  • Provide visibility into roles, skills, and capability gaps
  • Lay the foundations for future Strategic Workforce Planning

Be a global enabler and change agent

  • Guide HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders in applying job and skills frameworks
  • Deliver training, documentation, and adoption support across regions

Who You Are?

  • A framework designer with global experience: You have a solid background in job architecture, skills models, or talent frameworks in complex or global environments.
  • A systems thinker: You see how job models, skills, data, and talent processes fit together — and you make it simple for others.
  • A connector and facilitator: You know how to bring HR, HR Tech, and business stakeholders into alignment across regions.
  • A talent ecosystem builder: You are excited by the shift toward skills-based organizations and want to help create the structures that make it real.
