To support the growth of our activities in clinical microbiology and ID/AST, we are looking for an Innovation Scientist Leader – Microbiology Expertise, ID/AST based at the Campus de l’Étoile site.

 

The Joint Research Laboratory, located at the heart of the hospital sites of the Hospices Civils de Lyon, develops innovations in diagnostics by leveraging strong clinical, microbiological, and technological expertise. Our projects include the development of biomarkers, the use of clinical data, and the exploration of new multi-technology approaches with a strong impact on patient care.

 

What will be your mission ?

 

  • Design and implement the annual Sales Incentive Plan in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with commercial operations leadership to align incentive plans with sales strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback on the effectiveness of the Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Lead the automation of the Sales Incentive Plan processes to streamline incentive calculations & reporting and enhance efficiency & accuracy.
  • Oversee the CVM process to classify customers based on potential sales value and engagement, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Incentive Plan management, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and automating incentive programs and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in an international and multi-cultural environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Mobility for attending some specific travels/meetings.
