The Market Manager Trainee will contribute both to data management (sales monitoring, KPI creation, dashboards, and business reviews) and to supporting the launch of the Vision Suite portfolio. This role provides exposure to both analytical and strategic marketing activities, ensuring the trainee develops strong skills in data-driven decision-making and product launch management.

Data Management & Business Review Support
- Consolidate and analyze sales data using CRM and internal tools.
- Build and enhance dashboards to monitor adoption, revenue, and installed base.
- Define and track KPIs to support sales and product adoption.
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews from a marketing perspective (adoption, budget, strat plan, LBE, revenue, IB).
Vision Suite Launch Support
- Assist a Market Manager in preparing and coordinating launch activities.
- Contribute to marketing deliverables (presentations, brochures, FAQs).
- Support adoption tracking and customer feedback collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, GCS, IT, Regions) to ensure smooth launch execution
Who are you?
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (student or recent graduate).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel; basic CRM knowledge required.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in healthcare/IT solutions and product launches.
- Practical experience in sales monitoring, KPI design, and dashboard management.
- Exposure to product launch processes in a global healthcare IT/software context.
- Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Development of both analytical and strategic marketing skills.
The monthly stipend for an intern is awarded after one month of attendance.
The amount of the allowance depends on the student's level of education and is higher than the legal minimum.
