We are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist in Marcy l'étoile who will be responsible for developing and maintaining structured knowledge-base sharing frameworks and high-quality technical documentation.
This role via strong project management skills, ensures that technical content provided by technical expert is effectively captured, structured, and shared across global teams to support field service operations, learning initiatives, and continuous improvement.
You will highly contribute to our new L&D strategy leveraging on innovation, including AI for a rapid access to technical documentation to create a true learning environment
What will be your missions ?
- Develop and maintain a structured knowledge-sharing strategy to improve accessibility and retention,
- Lead transversal initiative and a group of expert across different department to enhance our technical documentation strategy (incl tools & processes),
- Lead & Organize service documentation activities in the team,
- Capture and structure knowledge from subject matter experts and field service teams,
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles,
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements,
- Collaborate with platform administrators to ensure consistency in documentation across knowledge-sharing systems and compatibility with AI solution,
- Maintain document version control and ensure timely updates based on new information,
- Analyze user engagement and feedback to continuously optimize documentation quality and accessibility.
Who are you ?
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Information Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content structuring
- Strong understanding of field service processes and technical support documentation
- Experience with AI-powered knowledge automation and content structuring
- Proficiency in documentation tools, LMS, and content management systems.systeme de management du contenu
