We are looking for a Learning Facilitator to join the Global Customer Service (GCS) Training department at our Marcy l’Étoile site.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of training programs for Global Customer Service (GCS) and Global Customer Service Industry (GiCS).

 

You will analyze training requests from subsidiaries, distributors, and internal employees, and recommend training paths suited to their needs across all our sites, both in France and internationally.

You will also ensure the setup and follow-up of appropriate logistics, in compliance with service requirements as well as current Quality and Safety standards.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

 

  • Collect training requests from subsidiaries, distributors, and bioMérieux staff
  • Monitor and track training sessions
  • Provide activity reports
  • Support learners (follow-up of trainees, prerequisites, pre-work, evaluations, etc.)
  • Manage trainee registrations and cancellations
  • Organize training logistics (invitations, communication on registration status, programs, registration forms, etc.)
  • Recommend training paths tailored to participants’ needs

 

Who are you?

 

  • Ideally, you have a 2- or 3-year degree, as Bachelor’s in administration, training/HR, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in training coordination or sales administration.
  • You are known for your initiative and ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with the Learning Portal platform is a plus.
