What will be your main accountabilities?

 

Reporting to Director, Global Marketing Integrated Solutions, you will drive the commercialization and adoption of integrated solutions tailored to healthcare providers, clinicians, and regulatory or public health stakeholders. This role focuses on delivering solutions that combine products, services, software and data-driven insights to support clinical decision-making, antimicrobial stewardship, and population-level surveillance.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

Market Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute strategies for solutions targeting clinicians, hospitals, and health authorities, and identify key opportunities across healthcare systems, public health organizations, and regulatory environments

 

Solution Messaging & Positioning:

  • Build compelling value propositions focused on clinical outcomes, patient safety, operational efficiency, and compliance
  • Tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital administrators, and policymakers

 

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip sales teams with tools, case studies, and value-based messaging relevant to clinical and public health settings
  • Support complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles

 

Market Insight:

Gather insights from clinicians, healthcare organizations, and health authorities to refine solution offerings, and monitor trends in healthcare delivery, digital health, regulation, and policy

 

Campaign Support:

  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns targeting healthcare and public sector audiences
  • Contribute thought leadership on healthcare transformation, clinical efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

 

Goals & Metrics :

  • Drive adoption of solutions within healthcare and public health segments, and iIncrease adoption across multi-stakeholder ecosystems
  • Demonstrate measurable impact on clinical outcomes, efficiency, or compliance.

 

 

What is your profile ?

 

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or clinical/scientific background) preferred.

Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, solution management, product management, or commercial roles.

Strong understanding of clinical environments, healthcare systems, or public health organizations.

Experience working with regulatory frameworks and healthcare stakeholders is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and long sales cycles.

Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
