What will be your main accountabilities?

 

Reporting to Director Global Marketing Integrated Solutions, you will support the commercialization and delivery of integrated solutions that optimize laboratory operations across global markets. This role focuses on combining products, services, and software into cohesive solutions that improve laboratory efficiency, data quality, and workflow performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies for laboratory optimization solutions, and identify target segments, customer needs, and growth opportunities within assigned regions or industries
  • Leverage segmentation and maturity models to prioritize customers with highest

transformation potential

 

Solution Messaging & Positioning:

  • Craft and adapt compelling value propositions focused on lab efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes
  • Tailor messaging to key segments such as Hospitals, IDNS, Clinical Private laboratories
  • Integrate workflow optimization, data-driven insights, and consultancy impact into a unified value proposition

 

Sales Enablement:

  • Support regional and local sales teams with playbooks, case studies, and value-based selling tools, and drive usage of value demonstration tools (e.g., LabsAPP, Lab Design Tool)
  • Participate in key customer engagements and help articulate integrated solution value in complex sales cycles

 

Market Insight:

  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and partners
  • Capture workflow improvement data (TAT, productivity, automation impact) and provide input to refine solution offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Monitor trends in laboratory digitalization, automation, and compliance requirements

 

Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing to support global and regional campaigns promoting lab optimization solutions, and contribute content, use cases, and success stories to enhance market visibility

 

Goals & Metrics :

  • Increase adoption of laboratory optimization and increase usage of value demonstration tools in customer engagements
  • Contribute to revenue growth and pipeline development, and improve customer outcomes related to lab efficiency, throughput, and data quality

 

What is your profile?

 

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus

Minimum 7 years of experience in solution management, product management, marketing, or commercial roles

Experience in laboratory environments (e.g., analytical labs, QA/QC, industrial or life sciences labs) is highly preferred

Familiarity with integrated solutions combining instruments, software, and services

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
