Within the Digital Solutions for Commerce team (GCOE), we are looking for a Product Owner eCommerce Portal on Campus de l’Etoile site, to lead our global eCommerce portal serving both Direct Customers and Distributors.
The Product Owner is accountable for the Build and Run of this strategic digital platform, ensuring its delivery, performance, adoption, and continuous evolution in alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives.
What will be you missions?
Build – Product Delivery & Evolution :
- Gather and structure business needs in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Services, Supply Chain, Pricing, Customer Solutions and other key stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear requirements (URS / user stories) and own the product backlog.
- Prioritize features and arbitrate deliveries across sprints, in line with budget and technical constraints.
- Work closely with IS/IT teams to deliver platform evolutions, enhancements, and fixes.
Run – Operations & Adoption :
- Ensure stable platform operations, performance, and availability.
- Execute rollout plans and oversee training, communication, and change management.
- Monitor and drive user adoption across regions.
- Oversee the support process and continuous improvement of the platform.
Governance & Collaboration :
- Animate product governance and agile ceremonies (core team, sprint reviews, backlog grooming).
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IS/IT teams.
- Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to strategic programs where BIOMERIEUX+ is a core component of the digital customer journey.
Who are you ?
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital Project Management, Information Systems, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
- Autonomous, proactive, well‑organized, and comfortable operating in complex, international environments.
- Experience in product ownership or digital product management, ideally in eCommerce or B2B platforms.
- Strong understanding of cross‑functional business processes (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Pricing, Customer Operations).
- Ability to work effectively with IS/IT teams on integrations, data flows, and authentication topics.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with bioMérieux product portfolios and digital platforms is a strong asset.
