Total rewards Director– EMEA

Your Mission & Impact

As Sr Director, Employee Engagement – EMEA, you will lead the implementation, governance and optimisation of all Compensation & Benefits and Mobility programs across the region.

You will partner with HR leaders and global Total Rewards teams to build a competitive, equitable, and engaging employee experience—ensuring our reward philosophy supports growth, talent development, and business performance.

🔥 What You Will Lead

Total Rewards Strategy & Governance

  • Lead the implementation and management of compensation, benefits, and executive reward programs.
  • Ensure competitive positioning through market benchmarking and analytics.
  • Oversee job evaluation systems and ensure internal equity and compliance.

Reward Programs & Analysis

  • Model merit cycles and salary review scenarios across EMEA.
  • Manage regional incentive programs.
  • Translate data into strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Partnership

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for EMEA on Total Rewards and Mobility topics.
  • Influence and guide HR leaders across clusters.
  • Shape a cohesive and competitive rewards framework that strengthens engagement and retention.

🌟 Who You Are

  • Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, or Total Rewards roles in complex, multinational environments.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation, initiate change, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
