VP CFO - Manufacturing Supply Chain & Quality F/M/D

Reporting into the Executive VP, Finance, Purchasing and Information Systems and functionally to the Executive VP, Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you are the Finance business partner for Manufacturing, Supply chain and Quality activities across the organization.

You manage a Team of corporate and local controllers who support the manufacturing operations of our 18 plants and distribution centers as well as the quality and supply chain operations across our 45+ Commercial subs.

What will be your mission at bioMérieux ? 

• Organize and consolidate performance monitoring for MSCQ, notably Manufacturing sites financial performance and Supply Chain costs;  Help link business initiatives and events with the financial performance, and help identify improvement opportunities.

• Support business cases for the MSCQ organization, notably for major investments and projects such as new plants, adjusted distribution centers, new manufacturing capacity, automation, efficiency, business development.

• Lead the budget process and actively contribute to the strategic plan for Manufacturing, supply chain and quality operations.

• Supervise closing activities in the scope in collaboration with the local CFO’s and corporate finance to ensure accurate information.  Produce the required reporting to support business decisions.

• In coordination with global Finance, define global product costing, inventory counting procedures and ensure homogeneity between Group legal entities.

• Provide leadership for continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain controlling.

• Ensure internal controls are implemented in the scope and follow up on action plans when required.

• Develop team members, and propose a lean and efficient organization.

• As an active member of the Finance Leadership Team, participate to key decisions for Finance organization, rules, tools, processes.

Who are you ? 

• Strong experience (8+) in manufacturing controlling in an international environment
•  Ability to work transversally in an intercultural environment
• Strong communication and managerial skills
• Strategic thinking
• Strong product costing knowledge as well as capex management experience
• SAP knowledge
• Supply chain controlling experience is a plus
• Fluent English
