Job Description:
- Commercial analysis plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and enhancing overall sales performance by analysing data, creating insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations. This role involves working closely with sales representatives, managers, and other cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Support in preparing and presenting reports on Customer performance with focus initiative are implemented with business centric information based on relevancy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analytical skill:
- Help in collecting, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical methods to forecast sales trends and provide actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate franchise performance against KPIs identified at the beginning of the year.
- Communication
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies.
- Excel Dashboard Specialist:
Creating dynamic and visually engaging dashboards in Microsoft Excel with user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring data accuracy.

Skills & Competencies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and can boast a first experience with a Business Intelligence tool. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- To understand the query and challenges with business mind-set

- Should be able to work with the team, perform under pressure and within short deadlines
