Education & Experience:
Desirable: Postgraduate in any Lifescience + MBA
Experience: 3+ years of experience
Marketing Communication Management
Create and circulate emails to external target audience for sharing information on new product launches and upcoming events. Designing of e-blasts, invites and creatives according to requirement.
Updation, creation of content on corporate website for South Asia whenever required based on new products launches, upcoming events and news.
Update content, optimize content on Showpad by using the tag feature for better traceability by keyword search
Sharing of highlights from South Asia with Global team to be shared on corporate official handles of LinkedIn, facebook and Instagram. Uploading of medical education webinars on bioMerieux India webinars channel for external and internal audience.
Update marketing communication plan to Global and ASPAC marcom team quarterly and monthly respectively.
1. Manage content on Website and Showpad.
2. Campaign Management and E-Blasts as part of Marketing Communication.
3. Improve visibility and customer reach through digital marketing.
4. Share details of marketing events conducted by teams on Viva engage.
5. Communicate on internal platforms such as Viva engage and BOB with global team with respect to various announcements of marketing and other activities in India & NM.
Marketing Activities & Events
Coordinating with sales, applications and Product Managers to implement Marketing Activities. Coordinating/ Follow-up with Marketing Vendors, Event Organizers, Venues (Hotels) for events and printing materials. Organize annual kickoff meetings.
1. Coordinating with Marketing team and Vendors to organise Marketing Events – IA, Micro, Webinars, Seminars, Workshops and Congresses.
2. Documentation process related to Marketing events
3. Broader organisational events such as Annual Kick-off.
Marketing Spends Budget
Marketing activities budget planning, monitoring and judicious use of the budget. Monitor spends quarterly and prepare report to realign activities.

3. Quarterly monitoring of marketing spends and realignment.
Key Deliverables:
1. Provide field scientific support & services, including sales support, training, qualification, field actions deployment at all stages of bMx solutions life cycle management, guarantee added value, assess patient result impact.
2. Achievement of Objectives for the year in the relevant SBS.
3. Awareness within the region’s healthcare community about bioMerieux and partner company solutions and their relevance to patient care.
