Position Sales Operation – Executive/Sr. Executive
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience.
Location: New Delhi
Reporting to: Sales Operation - Manager
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes by meticulously managing customer documentation, creation & overseeing new customer IDs, verifying price hierarchies, and maintaining accurate master data in SAP. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team's operations,
Price Master Data Management:
• Price Update in SAP, and Validating the Dealer discount%
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and promptly address any pricing issues or inconsistencies.
Customer Onboarding & Master Data Management in SAP
• Management of customer database in SAP, Facilitate the creation of new customer IDs in accordance with established protocols and procedures, updating & validating existing records
• Validate the New Customer Creation request / New Orders & Pricing to onboard the new customer.
Collection Management & follow-up:
•Initiate timely communication with customers to remind them of overdue payments.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
•Establish rapport with customers to encourage timely payments and resolve disputes amicably.
• Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Escalate unresolved issues or delinquent accounts to management as necessary.
• Ledger Reconciliation / Querry resolution to customer
Collaboration & Sales Coordination
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to manage the operations and follow the solution-oriented approach.
• Sales Support : First point of contact for regional business team, to provide the solution & information needed day to day basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.Com ,Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem solving skills
