We are looking for a

 

Junior Commercial Performance Specialist (m/f/d) / Commercial Performance Assistant (m/w/d)
Location: Germany or Poland

 

As a key contributor in our Commercial Excellence team, you will support the GCOE (Global Center of Excellence) Manager in implementing best practices across the Central Europe Cluster. Collaborating with teams in Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and more, your work will help shape strategic decisions, improve customer experience, and drive commercial performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of Commercial Excellence practices including CVM (Customer Value Management), CPM (Commercial Performance Management), and KPI adoption.

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to present analyses and recommendations needed to guide high-level decision-making affecting product positioning and strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the CRM and CVM strategy, including monthly performance reporting and analysis of campaign outcomes.

  • Support the GCOE Manager in driving the change across our Central Europe Cluster to continually improve customers experience and serve as a key reference to develop CRM roadmap.

  • Participate in the roll-out of key strategic initiatives such as account management models, cross-selling strategies, and new product introductions.

  • Work jointly with the GCOE Manager to establish and monitor the implementation of the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).

  • Support the adoption of group commercial tools and contribute to local enhancement initiatives.

What you bring:

  • You bring vocational qualifications or a degree in business administration, marketing, data analysis or a similar field.

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.

  • Solid analytical and business planning skills; data-driven mindset.

  • Communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of a local language (Polish or German) is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing environments with a strong desire to learn and grow.
