Strategic Marketing Manager – Pharma Quality Control (PQC) (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION
As the marketing lead for our Pharma Quality Control (PQC) business in Central Europe, you will define and execute the local marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth — turning market and customer insights into strategic focus, compelling offers, and business impact.
This is a strategic and hands-on role: you will manage a team of 2 direct reports and work closely with the Central Europe Cluster commercial leadership to deliver differentiation, growth, and customer relevance, fully aligned with our EMEA strategy and customer expectations.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Portfolio Marketing

Own and deliver the 3–5 years marketing roadmap for PQC in Central Europe – from segmentation and targeting to positioning and value proposition – in alignment with customer expectations, regulatory dynamics, and regional strategy.

Drive the local portfolio and solution strategy: identify white spaces, contribute to product/service pipeline and solution roadmap decisions, and support successful launches aligned with global and regional priorities.
Market Intelligence & Business Development

Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitive intelligence to generate actionable insights — identifying growth opportunities, defining high-potential segments and customers, and guiding commercial focus in collaboration with the Cluster Director and sales leadership.
Go-to-Market & Offer Development

Co-develop and implement go-to-market plans with Sales and KAM teams, ensuring effective campaign execution, value-based messaging, and customer engagement — while adapting global content to local market relevance.
Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop a team of two marketing professionals, encouraging ownership, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Act as the central marketing point of contact within the Central Europe Cluster, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration with sales, service, and support functions for consistent local execution.

Represent Central Europe marketing within the regional marketing community, contributing to strategic alignment, sharing local insights, and ensuring cluster priorities are embedded in regional plans and initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in marketing, business, and bring 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing or pharma.

You are passionate about customer-centricity and can turn insight into action and value.

You are familiar with Pharma Quality Control.

You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and know how to work transversally, influence cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration.

You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and understand the expectations of pharmaceutical quality.

You’re fluent in German and English; French is a plus.

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

You are preferably based in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria, and open to travel (approx. 40%) within Central Europe
