About the Role

We are looking for a structured and reliable Manufacturing Production Support colleague to join our production team.

The role combines hands-on manufacturing activities with production documentation, SAP transactions, product kitting and packing, and follow-up equipment. You will play an important role in supporting efficient daily manufacturing operations while ensuring that activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

The position requires previous experience from manufacturing, production support, logistics, or a similar operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Batch Documentation
  Prepare, review, and control batch documentation in accordance with established procedures and production requirements. Ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for use by production operators.
• SAP and Production Documentation
  Perform relevant SAP transactions and updates related to batch documentation and production activities. Verify that required information is correctly recorded and aligned with the corresponding documentation.
• Kitting and Packing
  Coordinate and actively participate in product kitting and packing activities. Ensure that products are packed according to applicable instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
• Equipment Follow-up
  Responsible for follow-up of departmental equipment, including equipment status and calibration due dates. Ensure that calibration and other required equipment activities are identified and followed up within applicable timelines.
• Manufacturing Support
  Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to manufacturing activities and assist the production team as needed to ensure efficient production flow.

Additional Responsibilities (not a requirement for the position)

Depending on experience and competence, the role may also contribute to:

• Documentation Maintenance
  Support the maintenance and updating of Work Instructions (WI) and other manufacturing-related documentation.
• Quality and Compliance
  Support activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement
  Contribute to improvements in production processes, documentation, equipment follow-up, kitting, and working methods.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions to support production needs and improvement activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor, vocational education, technical education, or equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant education within manufacturing, production, quality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant practical experience may compensate for formal education.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from manufacturing, production support, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience working with production documentation, batch documentation, or similar controlled documentation.
• Experience with ERP or other production management systems.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Experience from medical device, pharmaceutical, or another regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good computer and system skills.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures and Work Instructions.
• Experience working in a structured and quality-focused environment.
• Knowledge of equipment management and calibration follow-up is an advantage.
• Knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or similar standards is an advantage, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Structured and organized and able to manage several activities and deadlines.
• Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion.
