Responsibilities

Lead industrialization for new assays from R&D to Production

Lead industrialization projects

Lead transfer projects from R&D to production

Optimize, upscale and improve production processes

Support production when needed.

Develop in-process controls for raw- and semi-finished materials

Support data analysis for personnel in allocated projects/sub-projects

Requirements

Higher education, typically Master or PhD

Extensive scientific knowledge within relevant field

5-10 years’ experience with similar work

Personal Competencies

Strong technical knowledge and inventiveness

Structured and attention to details

Practical and like to work in the laboratory.

Capable of creating full overview of projects/sub-projects

Communication skills that facilitate teamwork and collaboration

Fluent oral Norwegian or English, fluent written English
